Agreement to Terms of Use

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

 

Termination

Armstrong Law may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

 

General

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Armstrong Law regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior communications. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Armstrong Law.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
